Bryan Ho has cultivated his path from scratch. Growing up in San Diego, California, with two hard-working parents, he understood grit early in life. Bryan grew up with a quiet pressure to succeed because, in his household, success often meant becoming a doctor, an engineer, or pursuing a career that offered stability and financial security. Bryan took that expectation seriously. He worked hard in school, stayed disciplined, and pushed himself academically while balancing a love for sports, especially football. He attended San Diego State University and majored in biology, believing that medicine or pharmacy would be his future. However, as he continued down his path, he felt something was missing. He was not fulfilled and chose to walk away, which led him into the insurance industry.

Bryan took a position as an assistant, learning the business from the ground up while watching, listening, studying, and teaching himself everything he could. He spent years behind the scenes observing advisors, training himself through virtual sales content, and sharpening his communication skills until he eventually earned his license and built his own momentum. He realized he had an opportunity to provide real value to people’s lives by helping them fortify their futures and feel secure in retirement. Bryan established Fortify Retirement Solutions with the same grit and discipline that shaped every chapter of his life, carrying forward the mindset that, with the right plan, we can pursue independence and enjoy a purposeful life.
